Month-Of Coordination​

Our Month-Of Coordination package is designed to provide the perfect level of support for couples who have taken care of the larger details but still want a little extra help to ensure everything runs smoothly. From final vendor confirmations to putting out centerpieces, we'll handle it all so that you can relax and enjoy your special day with peace of mind. We'll be your trusted on-site support during your ceremony and reception, ensuring everything runs smoothly and freeing you to focus on the joy of your big day.

This comprehensive  luxury wedding package is designed to take the hassle out of your big day. We're a team, working together through the ENTIRE process, allowing you to sit back, relax, and enjoy every moment of being engaged. Month-Of Coordination

Meetings:​
Venue Walkthrough (~3 Months Prior to Wedding Date) 
Final Takeover Meetings (60 Days Prior to Wedding via Zoom) 
  1. Vendor Review & Expectations
    Review existing contracts to ensure you're not missing anything that we need to add or remove prior to the wedding day.
  2. Decor Details
    Review what goes where, who is bringing what, and where it’s going after your event.
    3. Timeline Finalization
         We will create your Wedding Timeline together &                 I will communicate it with the entire vendor team.
Included:
  • Site(s) Management & Coordination on wedding  day for up to 12 Hours
  • ​Ceremony & Reception Decor Setup  (this includes signage, table numbers, place cards, favors, candles, menu cards, welcome table decor, guest book, minor florals, etc.)
  • Ceremony Rehearsal the Week of Event Day (up to 90 minutes)
  • Access to planning checklists, budget tracker, guest list tracker, and more with our premium planning software, Aisle Planner 
  • Vendor Recommendations as requested
*This package includes one planner and one day-of assistant.
**This package does not include setup/teardown of tables, chairs, large floral installments, large decor installments, photo booth,  furniture, dishware, flatware, glassware, linens, napkin folds, etc. We do ensure the teardown crew/vendor associated with those items is present and will oversee that it is done to your expectations.

  • Arranges any potential vendor meetings & reviews final details and contracts
  • Assists in Wedding Stationery Design, if desired

  • Assists with Securing  Hotel Blocks for Out of Town Guests
